Try to balance for 30 seconds. Lift one foot and close your eyes. Hold for 10 seconds. This is more challenging because you&#8217;re removing visual input.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"cs-card\">\n    <p class=\"cs-card-title\">Walking with head turns<\/p>\n    <p class=\"cs-card-desc\">Walk forward while slowly turning your head from side to side. This improves your ability to maintain balance while moving your head.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"cs-card\">\n    <p class=\"cs-card-title\">Tai Chi<\/p>\n    <p class=\"cs-card-desc\">This ancient Chinese practice involves slow, flowing movements that are excellent for balance.
